“CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE!”

- ABOUT SELECTION - 

We will involve teachers:

- who want to increase their knowledge about healthy lifestyle and protecting environment, learn something new, who are and are not afraid of changes in the way of teaching, who want to train themselves,

- who want to develop their foreign languages skills (contact with real language), especially English,

- who want to develop their ICT and digital competences and provide modern and attractive changes on their lessons,

- who want to exchange their teaching methods with the others,

- with low self-esteem, who want to overcome their bias and start to be more active, innovative and competent,

- who fight with fear from public speech (overcome this fear),

- who want to know, open and tolerate different cultures, traditions, languages and religions

- school staff (cooks,canteenes), who want to know how to prepare balanced and healthy meals and sell healthy food for students,

Pupils' selection for pupils exchanges will be made according to our project criteria and planned objectives for pupils:

We will select pupils:

- with health problems (obesity, diabetes, tooth decay,allergies)

- who do not like sport activities,

- from our schools who are interested in ecological lifestyle,

- not being interested in healthy lifestyle and protecting the environment,

- who spend a lot of time watching TV and playing computer games,

- who are not socialized, who do not like spend time and work in groups,

- who do not find our schools attractive,

- who do not know and are not open to different cultures, traditions, languages and religions,

- with economical, social problems and educational difficulties (writing in native language and calculating)

- with low self-esteem,

- who are not creative and enterprising,

- who want to make new international friendships

We will involve the teachers and students learning ,teaching and training activities, meetings and seminars .Parents and local community to seminars, workshops and special organizations at our schools during the mobility.The students who will join the mobility will be chosen according to some criteria such as English proficiency level, tests, eagerness to take part in activities and developing themselves.

- Disadvantaged family background

- Identified needs and skills to improve (health state, foreign language, ICT, cultural)

- Motivation by analyzing their level of participation to project activities at school level.

6 pupils together with 2 accompanying teacher will be selected to participate the each pupils exchange.

2/4/2 teachers from each partner school will take part to the joint staff training events.

- Identified needs for training and skills improvement (pedagogical, foreign languages, ICT, social and organizational)

- Motivation and professional profile according to the project objectives and activities planned (teachers of sports, ICT, foreign languages, arts)

- Evaluation of new acquired knowledge and skills according to the Europass mobility document and Europass language passport.
